A global Fortune 500 manufacturer that is a market leader in the production of key components used in many of the best known consumer electronics, as well as innovative products for telecommunications, life sciences and emission controls.
Assignment – Process Wastewater Sump System:
Odyssey Controls was tasked with the design and construction of a replacement control system and panels, PLC programming, loop drawings, project management/install coordination, start-up and final documentation of control systems for the process wastewater sump system. This system gathers wastewater from the manufacturing process and other support processes, and monitors the wastewater level in the sump area, as well as the PH level of the wastewater for treatment prior to discharge. System design and construction included corrosion resistant enclosures and seals due to the high humidity operating environment of this system.
