Pollution Abatement:
Experience in a variety of large capital projects involving both air and water pollution abatement systems. Services have included project/site management, HMI interface development, control loops & automatic sequence configuration, installation/startup services, and instrumentation procurement. Pollution abatement equipment included forced draft fans, spray towers, scrubbers, baghouses, bulk chemical delivery, carbon filtration beds, and waste material handling skids.

Process Dilution:
Project involving a methanol dilution system. Services utilized were design/fabrication of mixing skids, specification of instrumentation, panel design/wiring, and PLC/Keypad interface software configuration.

Wastewater:
Multiple municipal agencies have utilized our services to maintain, upgrade, or install new control/monitoring systems for their facilities. Interface packages have included products made by Citect, Wonderware, and iFix along with PLCs manufactured by AB, Siemens, and Modicon. We also support Legacy DCS systems and project upgrades of such systems.

OEM Companies:
Involved with multiple clients to provide complete control system solutions for custom equipment. Customer utilized services have included electrical design, point-to-point electrical schematics, enclosure fabrication, installation, control logic programming, calibration, startup, commissioning, and instrumentation/controller hardware procurement.

Project Management:
Management services have been provided to companies without control system engineering divisions or in complementing corporate engineering groups on capital projects. These services have included everything from the conception of control system architectures to the startup and approval of the system's performance. Project experience has extended from domestic US sites to international sites in Taiwan and Japan.

HVAC (General and Process):
Provided DCS control system enclosures with software configuration, instrument/wiring installation, startup, and commissioning services for multiple office/ warehouse building projects. In addition, mechanical and control system engineering services have been utilized to optimize environmental air quality control systems in highly sensitive manufacturing process areas.

Calibration Services:
Using our calibration equipment, we service contracts on a regularly scheduled basis to ensure that their systems continue to run within tightly controlled process variable tolerances. Calibration capabilities include both electrical and pneumatic instrumentation. In addition, our system calibration reports will include any system improvement suggestions or notes that we encounter during the calibration process.

Control Panel Fabrication:
Design/build a full range of custom panels based on customer requirements and specifications. All types of enclosures have been built to house power distribution, PLC controls, and simple pushbutton/relay controls. Specific projects have included such diverse applications as Plant Control Systems (stand alone controllers and network systems), HVAC controls, Campus Boiler & Flame Safety Controls, Touch Screen Remote Stations, Simulation Panels, and Stand-Alone Single/ Multi-Loop Controllers. All panels follow compliance and standards defined by NEMA, UL, and the NEC.

Food Processing:
Involving batch production kettles and packaging systems across multiple system platforms (DCS, PLC, and SL controllers). Major work has included system platform upgrades from i286 dos controllers to the latest and greatest Allen Bradley ControlLogix platform. In addition, a comprehensive list of services and hardware including configuration upgrades, optimization, instrument procurement, backup systems, network expansions, control panel fabrication, and site installation were utilized.

Incinerator System:
Services utilized were the fabrication of control panels, interface software configuration development, system startup/commissioning, and AutoCAD electrical drawings in accordance with a specification provided by a third party engineering firm. Additional services provided beyond the initial system commissioning included control system upgrades with NY State required reporting functions along with control logic adjustments to handle PID control of natural gas and landfill created gas for energy conservation.
