A global Fortune 500 manufacturer that is a market leader in the production of key components used in many of the best known consumer electronics, as well as innovative products for telecommunications, life sciences and emission controls.
Assignment – Process Recirculated Water System:
In order to keep pace with rapidly growing global demand for its market leading products, this client undertook a project to expand its existing production capability, including a major retrofit of existing production lines and their critical support systems.
One of the critical systems for the manufacturing process was a system to monitor and regulate the flow of re-circulated coolant water, including filtering and heat exchange, for multiple production lines and other support systems. Odyssey Controls was tasked with the design and construction of the control system and panels, PLC programming, loop drawings, piping and flow diagrams, project management/install coordination, start-up and final documentation of this vital support system.
